For One Serving:
- ½ cup 4 oz cranberry juice (100% juice, unsweetened if you prefer)
- ¼ cup 2 oz sparkling water, or lemon lime soda, ginger ale, or soda water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh cranberries and a lime slice or sprig of fresh rosemary or mint for garnish optional
For a Pitcher:
- 4 cups 32 oz cranberry juice
- 2 cups 16 oz sparkling water, or lemon lime soda, ginger ale, or soda water
- ½ cup fresh lime juice about 4–5 limes
- Ice cubes
- Fresh cranberries lime slices and rosemary or mint for garnish optional
For One Mocktail:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add cranberry juice and fresh lime juice to the glass.
Pour in the sparkling water—or lemon lime soda, ginger ale, or soda water to add fizz—and gently stir to combine the ingredients.
If desired, add a few fresh cranberries and a lime slice on top to garnish. Or, add a rosemary or mint sprig for an aromatic touch.
For a Pitcher:
In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice and lime juice. Stir to mix.
Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water—or lemon lime soda, ginger ale, or soda water, if you’re using one of those instead—and gently stir.
Pour the cranberry spritzer into individual glasses filled with ice.
Add a few fresh cranberries, lime slices, or a rosemary or mint sprig in each glass, to garnish.
