- 8 cups broccoli florets chopped into bite sized pieces
- 2 apples cored and diced
- 2 cups seedless grapes halved
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese optional
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup honey or sugar optional, for sweetness
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine the broccoli florets, diced apples, halved grapes, chopped red onion, crumbled bacon, sliced almonds, and shredded cheese (optional) in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey or sugar (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder until the ingredients are well combined. Season the salad dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the yogurt and mayonnaise dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until everything is well coated. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, give the broccoli salad a final stir and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can also garnish the salad with additional bacon, sliced almonds, or shredded cheese if desired.
